Video: Bursary Pupil Reflections

In 1843, a group of Church of England clergymen, with the backing of the Archbishop of Canterbury and funding support from William Gladstone, founded Marlborough College with the prime purpose of educating the sons of clergy unable to afford the fees at existing great schools.

Marlborough’s charitable purpose remains to educate several otherwise unable to afford our fees.
