Gallery: Memorial Hall Restoration
We are extremely grateful for the 755 gifts received from OMs, parents, friends and staff that have helped us reach our fundraising target of £3.5m for the substantial refurbishment to the Memorial Hall.
The completion of the work is recognition of the debt that we owe to the fallen, maintaining the memory of the 749 who died in the First World War as well as those Marlburians who gave their lives in the Second World War and beyond.
The Memorial Hall’s transformation in to a 21st century venue for concerts, plays and lectures will benefit Marlburians of the future alongside the benefits that it will provide our local community.
Below is a gallery of images showing the extensive renovation work that took place.
